Nokia Lumia 1320 Review

There are a lot of Lumia smartphones which are launched by Nokia but they lacked one common thing which is a big display screen. Most of the Lumia smartphones which you will get in the market right now come with an average display size of 4.5-inches.

If you always wanted to buy a Nokia Lumia smartphone with a bigger display then you have to check the new Nokia Lumia 1320 smartphone. Today in this post, we are going to tell you what you are going to get in the Lumia 1320 in a short Nokia Lumia 1320 lumia 1320 review

Design and feel

We can’t compare the Lumia 1320 with the 1520 which is considered as sibling of the device as instead of a boxed design you will get curved edges in the Lumia 1320. You might feel the Lumia 1320 bit heavy but the smartphone is quite comfortable when hold in hands.

As the device comes with a big 6.0-inch display screen you might be a bit uneasy when you are wearing skinny jeans. One more thing which you have to remember is that you need to use both the hands to use the device as you won’t get access to the corners using your thumb. You get a matte finish on the device which provides a great look.

Even if the Lumia 1320 comes with a big 6.0-inch display screen this doesn’t mean that you are going to get powerful hardware. The device comes with a QUALCOMM Snapdragon 400 processor which is clocked at 1.7 ghz and is a dual core processor. You get 1 GB of RAM along with the Adreno 305 GPU which will help you in running all the games and swiftly switching between the applications.

The 6.0-inch display of the device is an IPS LCD display which delivers resolution of 720 x 1280 pixels. There is only one storage option available of the device which is 8 GB but you can always popup a SD card in the device of storage space up to 64 GB. You will be able to use 3G connectivity as there is no LTE option available in the device.

You get a 5 Mega pixel rear shooter in the Lumia 1320 which you might be thinking would be underpowered but is not. You can use the rear camera of the device to record videos in 1080p HD which is just great. The front facing camera of the device is however a VGA one which won’t give you the best video calling experience.

As the Lumia 1320 is a Nokia device you get Windows Phone operating system in the device. There are a lot of applications which you will get preinstalled with the Lumia 1320 such as the Here drive and Here Maps. Both these applications are present on the home screen of the device. Some other applications which you will get already installed on your Lumia 1320 are Evernote, Microsoft Office, Nokia Beamer, Adidas Micoach and Flipkart Ebooks.

The Lumia 1320 comes with Nokia Creative studio application which will help you in editing the photos which you have shot with the Vanilla camera app. There are a lot of editing options which are available in this application which leave the requirement of installing a third party editing application.
